Environmental toxicology and the role of expert witness testimony
The level of toxic products harming our surrounding environment has faced a significant rise. This has led to the analysis of the presence of toxic in the environment, which is known as environmental toxicology.
Scientific studies and evidences have led the experts to come up with a list of various health hazards that affect all living organisms, as a result of their exposure to the toxic and irritant chemicals.

Expert witness testimony is relied upon by the courts to establish relevant standards and to avoid any form of malpractice. The basic function of an expert witness testimony is to set standards, identify any breach of those standards and the eventual consequence of those breaches. This process acts as a significant check for any medical malpractice or negligence.
The expert’s witness which is submitted in the form of a testimony is always considered accurate and genuine by the court of law.
