Won Used Sun Servers At Auction
When we were on our way to the auction, my father was reading off some of the items that were listed for the sale. I just was hoping that the used sun servers and the used sun computers were not going to go for very much money. I really needed to get two new servers for the office and I had promised my son that I would try to get him a computer for his room.
When we finally found a place to park, that was at least a half mile away, we walked up to one of the biggest crowds that I have ever seen at an auction. They were just getting ready to start and I knew that the used sun servers would be auctioned in the beginning and the used sun computers would be towards the middle of the auction.
I was so excited when I bid on the only two sun servers and won them both for a lot less than what I had expected to. I guess that this is not a technical crowd. We waited about another two hours before they started the bidding on the used sun computers. They only had three but I managed to win one for my son. He is going to be very happy.
