I Found An Affordable Used IBM Computer
The sign in the window said that they were having a big sale on used ibm computers, so we went in. I had been looking for a used ibm online, and could not find one cheap enough for the amount that I wanted to spend. I figured that if this store did not have one that was for a good price, I was giving up my search.
The first row of used ibm computers, were all of the newer models and were above my price range. I was looking to spend about half of that. So, I figured that I should ask an associate for help to see if they even had any in my price range or not.
She took me to the back room, where there were about ten used ibm computers that were priced right for me. She also tried to sell me some used bladecenter servers that I did not need. I just picked out the used ibm that I wanted and took it to the register to pay for it.
When I got up to the cash register, the manager helped me get the computer into a box, so that I could carry it more easily to the car. He then asked me if he could interest me in one of the used bladecenter servers that they had on sale. I let him know that his sales girl had already tried, and I did not need one but thanks for asking anyway.
