The last order that I placed with our supply company was for purell instant hand sanitizer and air fresheners and it has still not arrived. I called to check the status of the order and no one answered the phone. I am not sure if they were just closed or if they were too busy to answer the phone.

I know that purell instant hand sanitizer and air fresheners are not exactly things super necessities but I would like to know if I need to get them from somewhere else or if they will ever arrive. I am going to give it until tomorrow and if they have not arrived and no one calls me or they do not pick up the phone again then I am going to fax them a cancellation notice for that order and find a new supplier.

I am very shocked at the kind of service that I am getting since I have used this supply company for about five years and have never had any issues. I know that I can easily find someone else to use for my purell and air fresheners so it will not be a problem, I would just like to know what the holdup is.
